Services

Five services, one intention

Each service stands on its own. Most people begin with vision clarity and find their way to the rest as the work grows.

We don't sell packages by the hour. Every engagement is scoped after the discovery call, priced as a fixed fee, and written down before we start — including what's included, what isn't, and when you'll have it.

Below is what each service actually contains. If you're not sure which one you need, that's usually a sign to start with the first.

  1. Vision clarity

Three facilitated sessions, a written one-page vision, and a set of decisions you can defend. We cover: the problem you're actually solving, who it's for, what you promise them, what you're deliberately not doing, and how you'll know it's working. Delivered as a document your board, your volunteers, and your funder can all read in four minutes.

  2. Voice & messaging

A message house, a tone guide, and the language for the moments that matter — the pitch, the apology, the ask, the answer to a hostile question. Includes a bank of twenty pre-written lines your team can adapt, plus a short session training whoever speaks publicly to use them without sounding scripted.

  3. Brand & identity

Naming or name review, wordmark, colour system, typography, and layout rules. Delivered as a working kit: logo files in every format you'll be asked for, a two-page usage sheet, and templates for the five things you make most often. We build it so a volunteer with no design training can't easily get it wrong.

  4. Campaigns & storytelling

Narrative planning for a launch, a season, or an advocacy moment. We map the story beats across the weeks, write the copy for each channel, brief the photography, and set the rhythm so the campaign builds instead of peaking on day one. Includes a post-campaign review with honest numbers.

  5. Launch & sustainability

The part most studios skip. An operating rhythm for month four and beyond: who makes what decision, what gets published when, how volunteers are onboarded, and what you'll measure. We stay on call for a season after handover at no extra cost, because the first quarter is where good platforms quietly fall over.

What it costs

Fixed fees, agreed before we begin. As a guide: vision clarity engagements typically run £4,500–£7,000; voice and messaging £3,500–£6,000; identity £6,000–£14,000 depending on scope; campaigns from £5,000; and launch support is usually bundled into whichever service precedes it.

We hold two reduced-rate slots each year for organisations under three years old with an annual budget under £50,000. Ask on the call — there's no application form and no shame in it.

What we don't do

We don't run paid advertising. We don't do social media management on retainer. We don't build websites, though we'll write the words and direct the design, and we'll sit in the room with your developer until it's right.

We also don't take on work where the strategy is already decided and the brief is really a request for execution. That's a fine thing to want — it just isn't what we're good at.
