What happens on the call

We'll ask you three questions and then mostly listen. You'll leave with at least one thing you can act on immediately, whether or not we work together — that's the standard we hold ourselves to.

If it is a fit, we'll follow up with a short written scope and a fixed fee within a week. If it isn't, we'll tell you why and suggest two or three people who might be better placed.
